Job Title : Project Surveyor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Surveyor to assist Project Managers in providing comprehensive land surveying and mapping services for projects of all sizes throughout Southern California. Our scope includes construction staking, ALTA land title surveys, boundary, topographic and aerial surveys, Condominium Plans, Vertical Airspace Maps, Parcel Maps, Tract Maps, legal descriptions, and laser scanning services. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality surveying solutions to engineers, developers, architects, contractors, individuals, title companies, mortgage companies, and public agencies.
Responsibilities
- Assist field survey crews on complex survey engagements and perform survey research.
- Calculate and analyze field boundary data.
- Prepare various survey deliverables such as ALTA’s, Subdivision Maps, Legal Descriptions, Construction Staking Calculations, and Condominium Plans.
- Provide support to various Project Managers and coordinate with field crews.
- Work closely with clients to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Inspect existing conditions at job sites and give direction to field crews for survey task completion.

Work Environment
Join a growing team of 26 people on the Survey team with plans to expand. Enjoy flexible working hours Monday through Friday with a 40-hour workweek. Remote work is possible three days a week, with a flexible start time between 7-9 am. PLS candidates are required to work full-time in-house. Benefit from a performance-based bonus plan and opportunities for promotion and professional development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 / hr.
