We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years of expertise in ServiceNow platform engineering, specifically within ITSM Modules. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and significant project experience, including ITSM and security / regulatory disciplines.

No - OPT / H1B Candidates.

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations spanning ITSM and security / regulatory disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of essential ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, HR, IM, Service Requests Management with SLAs, Knowledge Management, and Discovery.
• Experience in S2P & MDM setup in EC Pro, Service Catalogs, and Integrations.
• Expertise in designing, engineering, and configuring ServiceNow to automate ITIL processes.
• Thorough knowledge of workflows, tables, scripts, flow designer, and integration hub.
• Excellent understanding of Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage development teams, and effectively communicate with diverse customers and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
