A company is looking for a Senior Director of Demand Generation to build and scale a high-performing demand engine that drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own the global pipeline generation strategy across all channels

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team

Develop and manage integrated campaigns and optimize the demand generation budget

Required Qualifications

7+ years in marketing leadership roles in B2B software

Proven success in building demand engines in $30M+ ARR environments

Strong expertise in multi-channel campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM

Proven track record of owning a pipeline and revenue number
