Senior Reinsurance Domain Leader

A company is looking for a Senior Reinsurance Domain Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide transformation engagements with major reinsurance companies

Serve as a trusted C-suite advisor, translating complex re / insurance challenges into executable technology strategies

Oversee large-scale IT implementation programs including system selections, vendor management, and delivery assurance

Required Qualifications

At least 20 years of experience in the life and health reinsurance industry with expertise in business operations and IT implementations

Deep understanding of internal capital model implementations and regulatory reporting solutions

At least 10 years of experience working on IT initiatives including system implementations and technology transformations

Proven track record of leading large-scale technology programs in reinsurance or insurance environments

Hands-on experience implementing or upgrading actuarial modelling platforms
