Key Responsibilities

Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in a new loan application

Obtain necessary documentation and information to complete loan applications

Monitor and analyze credit reports and verifications to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience

Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements

Ability to work independently within time constraints
