Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Tax Preparers to join our team. You will prepare individual, business, and corporate tax returns while actively finding and bringing in new clients to grow your book of business. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare accurate individual, business, and corporate tax returns.
  • Review client documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on tax-saving strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proactively find and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of tax preparation experience preferred.
  • Proficient with tax software (Drake, TaxSlayer, TurboTax Pro, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to grow your own client base.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
