BANNER HEALTH , a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the countrys premier, non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our our established Banner Health Center at Estrella . This thriving outpatient clinic is located in the vibrant and growing community of Goodyear, AZ, offering excellent patient access and the ability for providers to focus on clinical and patient care excellence.

Banner Health clinics and health centers offer physicians a busy outpatient setting supported by technology, integrated services, and strong operational resources. This is a physician-led group surrounded by excellent support, financial stability, and a focus on patient and provider wellness.

A Description of This Clinic

• Flexible schedules with limited shared call (phone-only consults)
• Average patient volume : 18-24 / day
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
• On-site labs, Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support provided to support an autonomous, efficient practice
• Clinical responsibilities include wellness care, chronic disease management, all-age primary care, and optional procedures based on provider interest
