Great entry level opportunity to get into manufacturing and metal finishing with room to grow. Perfect for someone reliable detail oriented and eager to learn skilled machine work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support setup and operation of belt grinding machines
  • Load and unload parts and assist with belt changes and tracking
  • Perform basic grinding deburring smoothing and surface prep
  • Inspect parts using calipers and basic measuring tools
  • Monitor quality spot defects and report issues
  • Handle materials sort label and package finished parts
  • Assist with routine machine maintenance and documentation

What Were Looking For

  • Manufacturing or grinding experience is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn machine operations and follow instructions
  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement tools

    • Shift : 1st Shift (6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm with mandatory OT plus alternate weekends)

    Pay rate : $20 / hr
