You are applying to work for a franchisee of Wireless Zone. Franchises are independently owned and operated businesses that determine their own conditions of employment which includes benefit programs and compensation.

Description

Do you love to talk about the latest technology? Are you energetic & want to be an expert in the Wireless industry? Wireless Zone is looking for dedicated individuals with stellar customer service skills to promote Verizon products & services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer services to all customers
  • Listen and build relationships with customers to find the right products and services for their lifestyle
  • Demonstrate knowledge of latest products and services. Remain current on industry and competition trends, pricing plans and promotions.
  • Meet sales goals by selling our products and services to new and existing customers
  • Complete customer contracts, accept customer payments and accurately process transactions using POS system
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving any concerns

Must haves

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a sales environment and the ability to meet sales goals
  • A High School Degree is required, an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Availability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic addition and subtractions and make correct change
  • Ability to stand for up to 75% of the time
