A company is looking for an ACH Payments Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the ACH processing team, ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing

Manage and train a team of ACH specialists, providing coaching and professional development

Ensure compliance with regulatory requisites and internal policies related to ACH transactions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with multiple payment rails and networks including ACH and Fedwire

AAP Certification

Comprehensive knowledge of the ACH transaction lifecycle

Expertise in optimizing ACH transfer workflows and managing core ACH processing systems

Understanding of security measures for protecting client information and preventing fraud
