Position Overview :

As a Demand Planning Analyst for Polaris' snow business segment, you'll take the lead in forecasting customer demand by leveraging historical data, market trends, and cutting-edge tools like Blue Yonder. Your work will directly influence inventory management, production planning, and business success in a highly visible, impactful, and strategic role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute demand plans for the snow business segment (i.e., snowmobiles and snow bikes), ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive information to build accurate retail plans and forecasts using Blue Yonder and Excel tools.
• Lead monthly cross-functional portfolio and demand review meetings to align on product, price, mix, and volume strategies.
• Integrate dealer profiles, order forecasts, and inventory targets to create comprehensive shipping plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate retail, industry, and shipping plansincluding associated risks and opportunitiesto Snow leadership teams.
• Partner with manufacturing and scheduling teams to translate demand plans into production requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and champion enhancements to SIOP transformation strategies.
• Ensure high data integrity across forecasts, dealer inventory, and other demand planning inputs.
• Provide ongoing analysis and insights to cross-functional partners on retail, order, and shipping trends.

Qualifications :

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $61,000 to $81,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.

To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
