Coverage Needed Long-term locums need (at least 1 year) Full-time coverage preferred, minimum of 2-3 weeks per month Schedule : October 2025 13, 15-16 - Clinic Call 14, 17 - Clinic November 2025 24-25 - Clinic 26, 28 - Clinic Call 27, 29-30 - Call only December 2025 2, 4-5, 29-31 - Clinic 1,3, 13 - Clinic Call January 2026 2, 5, 9, 12-13, 15-16, 19-20, 23, 26, 28 - Clinic 6-8, 14, 21-22, 27 - Clinic Call 16-18 - Call (weekend) February 2026 3, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16, 20, 23-24, 26 - Clinic 4-5, 10, 12, 17-19, 25 - Clinic Call 6-8 - Call (weekend) March 2026 6, 9, 13, 20, 23-24, 26-27, 30 - Clinic 4-5, 10-12, 17-19, 25, 31 - Clinic Call 13-15, 20-22 - Call (weekend) April 2026 3, 6, 8-10, 13, 20-21, 27, 30, May 1 - Clinic 1-2, 7, 14-16, 22-23, 28-29 - Clinic Call 10-12, 24-26 - Call (weekend) Clinical Details 15-20 patients per day in clinic Midwives take first call for deliveries 450 deliveries per year Must take all emergent gyn cases Requirements Board Certified CO license or IMLC Clean background Preference for candidates from Colorado or surrounding states Interest in locums to perm Performed a minimum of 50 deliveries in the past 24 months Performed a minimum of 25 Gyn surgical procedures in the past 24 months surgical procedures, not office procedures NRP and BLS certifications required
