We’re working with a major healthcare organization that is looking for a senior SailPoint Architect / IAM Strategist to help shape the future of their Identity & Access Management program. This is a high-impact contract role for someone who enjoys thought leadership, modern architecture, and advising senior security leaders.

Responsibilities :
Lead the IAM strategy for a large multi-hospital healthcare environmentAct as the top SailPoint / IAM advisor across security, architecture, and engineering teamsBring forward modern ideas and solutions — including AI, automation, and advanced identity workflowsReview and elevate current IAM architecture and define the future stateDesign and guide complex SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow integrationsTackle healthcare-specific identity challenges (clinicians, contractors, students, affiliates, EHR access, etc.)Influence executives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor the engineering organizationHelp modernize how identity is governed across thousands of users and hundreds of clinical applicationsTargeted Experience :
Senior-level IAM leader with hands-on SailPoint architecture expertiseExperience driving IAM strategy for a large healthcare system (required)Strong understanding of IGA, lifecycle management, RBAC / ABAC, SSO / Federation, and directory servicesStrong background integrating IAM with clinical systems (Epic, Cerner, HRIS, cloud platforms, etc.)Someone who brings a future-forward mindset and is excited about AI, automation, and RPAExecutive presence — ability to advise CISOs, architects, and other SMEsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving approachWhy This Role Is Unique :
