Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Tennessee

Job Description :

Join a team where your work truly matters. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges in a setting that prioritizes care, collaboration, and excellence.

Type : Full-time

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Salary : $100,000 – $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct personalized, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with families and healthcare providers to enhance care coordination.
  • Contribute to refining therapeutic methods for optimal client outcomes.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of client progress.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active LCSW license in Tennessee.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish trust and meaningful connections with clients.
  • Proven expertise in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
