Hospitality Associate

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hospitality Associate to support daily operations at a prestigious office in Downtown Los Angeles. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Café & Pantry Support

• Set up food and beverage service, including heating items and ensuring proper presentation
• Wash dishes and utensils, sanitize café surfaces, and maintain overall cleanliness
• Stock kitchenettes on all floors; check inventory and monitor expiration dates

Guest & Conference Room Services

• Review visitor schedules and set up offices with appropriate supplies
• Restock office supplies in conference rooms and copy areas
• Assist with catering set-ups and breakdowns in meeting rooms

Office Support

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of common areas
• Provide general office upkeep and support as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in office services, hospitality, or facilities support is preferred
