Manage candidate databases, craft recruiting communications, and identify qualified talent using various sourcing channels. Conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers, and support candidate movement through pre-employment phases. Compile recruiting reports, support HR programs, onboarding, and serve as a point of contact for employee HR requests. Participate in recruitment events, prepare materials, and build positive relationships to enhance HR reputation. Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience. Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work across all organizational levels and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
