• North Miami Beach, FL 33179 Employment Type : Full-Time, W2 Schedule : 3×12 or 4×10 | Rotating Weekends Compensation : $28 / hr (W2) | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Overview A high-volume outpatient clinic in the North Miami Beach / Miami Gardens Drive corridor is hiring a Limited X-Ray Technologist (LMRT / BXMO) for a full-time multi-tech role.
• This position blends limited radiography with hands-on clinical support, patient intake, vitals, documentation, and workflow coordination.
• Ideal candidates are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that serves a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities Perform limited radiographic exams (extremities, chest, spine) within Florida LMRT / BXMO scope Maintain compliance with ALARA and radiation safety protocols Room patients, collect vital signs, and document medical histories Conduct point-of-care testing and specimen collection Assist providers during clinical procedures Maintain clean, organized, and compliant imaging and exam areas Deliver clear, professional, patient-centered communication Requirements (Required) Active Florida LMRT / BXMO license BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start) Experience performing limited radiographic exams Ability to work full-time in a high-volume outpatient environment Strong communication, multitasking, and clinical support skills Preferred Outpatient or urgent care clinical experience Bilingual English / Spanish Prior Medical Assistant or multi-tech experience Compensation & Schedule $28 / hr (W2) Full-Time :
