Role Overview

Analysts play a critical, visible role on our executive search team. Working closely with Associates, Senior Associates, and Consultants, Analysts operate as thought partners to understand client needs, conduct comprehensive research, and produce valuable resources that shape assignment strategy and new business development. Over time, Analysts are expected to cultivate industry expertise, stay informed about emerging trends, and identify “best‑in‑class” leaders and future talent.

Key Relationships

• Reports to Director of Analysts
• Exec Assistants, Director of Associates, Consultants, Associates, Senior Associates (project basis)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive understanding of client industry, synthesize information into client‑ready documents.
• Stay updated on news and issues related to key client engagements and market opportunities.
• Assist in detailed industry talent mapping and proactively identify high‑potential executives.
• Participate in kick‑off meetings and assist in development of search strategy and target list.
• Develop industry and functional expertise by staying informed of industry trends and identifying “best‑in‑class” leaders and future leaders.

Ideal Experience and Qualifications

Successful candidates will be self‑directed, independent, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. They possess an insatiable curiosity for research, advanced quantitative research skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑caliber service.

• Recent or soon‑to‑be college graduates (exclude Spring 2026 graduates).
• Strong academic performance (3.4+ GPA).
• Well‑rounded through leadership experience in internships, work experience, community service, athletics, or student‑led organizations.
• Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑directed and proactive; resourceful, team‑oriented, tenacious.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Permanent U.S. work authorization.

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range is $65,000 – $68,000 per year with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus program.
