IT Technical Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Technical Analyst to support healthcare data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in a 24 / 7 environment

Act as primary support for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues

Implement and configure monitoring systems and maintain documentation of support activities

Required Qualifications :

Experience with front and backend technical tools such as JavaScript, HTML, and PostgreSQL

Exposure to healthcare data standards like HL7, CCDA, and FHIR

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Customer-first attitude with a focus on relationship building
