Key Responsibilities
Manage client business aspects to provide superior service while maximizing growth and efficiency
Oversee client contract and finance processes, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements
Lead strategic channel planning activities and foster relationships with senior client stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years of client management experience within agencies
Previous sales / account management experience
Interest and experience in the technology sector
Track record of client and team success
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
