[job_card.job_description]PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software proficiency On vehicle testing and troubleshooting of aircraft sub-systems Jet engine integration, service and maintenance familiarity Wire harness and interconnect installation / integration Aircraft fuel systems Development / protype / first article, program support (new product introduction) Metallic part machining working knowledge 3DX, Catia V5 and Delmia software usage Evaluation of designs with respect to design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) considerations Manufacturing assembly planning Aviation Maintenance Experience, A & P license or similar STEM type degree 4+ years of recent experience AUTHORING Manufacturing assembly work instructions, including new instructions, modifications and reworks. (please make sure this is identified clearly in resume)

Location : Palmdale, CA onsite
Duration : Contract | 6+ Months
Note : Active secret clearance with an investigation within last 5 years or CE Enrollment. special access required to start.
Required experience :
- Manufacturing assembly work instruction authoring
- Aircraft sub-systems assembly and integration
- Aircraft structures assembly
- Hands-on production / shop floor support (Direct ownership and support of specific operations as well as interface with touch-Labor employees)
- Reviews of engineering technical drawings and models
