Position Summary : As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, direct nursing care to our residents while also providing health-related guidance within our community.

Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities :

Administer direct nursing care to residents

Supervise and coordinate the Nursing Assistants' activities to ensure quality care

Manage admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents

Communicate changes in resident conditions to physicians and healthcare professionals

Respond promptly to emergencies

Perform additional duties as assigned

Adhere to all policies and procedures

Position Requirements :

Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Licenses / Certifications : Active license allowing practice in the state of employment

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

Skills & Abilities : Compassionate interactions with residents are essential
