A company is looking for a Vice President of Growth Strategy and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the growth strategy, including revenue and pricing frameworks
Lead growth initiatives in key strategic accounts and oversee marketing operations
Connect and optimize the end-to-end growth ecosystem and own the offering and monetization strategy
Required Qualifications
12-15+ years in revenue operations, growth strategy, or key account management, preferably in B2B fintech or enterprise SaaS
Proven experience in leading multi-functional teams and cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing processes and design
Experience in a private equity-owned company is preferred
