Track Head Varsity Coach

Job Summary : Head Varsity Track Coach includes all aspects of operation of the track program, junior high through high school. This includes planning, developing, mentoring and leading student-athletes and coaches in the program.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and implement a plan to develop student athletes
• Lead summer and other off-season workouts
• Oversee program builder and feeder system which could include youth and middle school teams, camps and clinics
• Invest time to build relationships with players, coaches and community members
• Build a knowledgeable and caring assistant coaching staff
• Maintain compliance with OHSAA rules and regulations
