Job Title : Senior Endpoint Security Program Manager
Job Description :
We are on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Endpoint Security Program Manager to lead critical endpoint security initiatives. In this role, you will harness your project management expertise and deep understanding of cybersecurity principles to work across technical and business teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes that leave a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program & Project Management :
- Oversee multiple endpoint security projects, including tool implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and governance documentation.
- Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to guarantee successful project execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement :
- Drive collaboration across various teams such as cybersecurity, desktop engineering, infrastructure, and external partners.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and clearly communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Risk & Issue Management :
- Identify and convey project risks, issues, and potential mitigation strategies.
- Enhance processes through continuous improvement by recognizing gaps and proposing solutions.
- Governance & Reporting :
- Maintain standardized reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.
Qualifications :
U.S. Citizenship required.Seven (7) + years of experience managing cybersecurity or enterprise technology projects.Three (3) + years leading application security or cybersecurity automation initiatives.Familiarity with endpoint security tools, including Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), application control, and device hygiene.Proven track record of deploying IT or cybersecurity projects in a utility or related field.Strong stakeholder management skills across architecture, engineering, and risk functions.Able to manage multiple large-scale initiatives across diverse technical areas.History of success in leadership, risk management, change management, and process improvement.Comfortable leading in dynamic and evolving project environments.Preferred Skills, Degrees, and Certifications :
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering, Information Science, or related fields.Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM) and project management certifications (PMP or equivalent).What We Offer You :
