OT Systems Engineer

As an OT Systems Engineer, you will be the key liaison between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT), playing a critical role in the digital transformation of this organization’s cutting-edge manufacturing systems. In this role you will be hands-on with the implementation and maintenance of shop floor systems, ensuring secure and reliable communication between enterprise and industrial environments. Your work will involve everything from troubleshooting system issues and supporting SCADA/MES/HMI systems to leading change initiatives and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $129,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
