A company is looking for an Executive & Equity Compensation Partner (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead efforts on workstreams related to new hire, merit, and out-of-cycle equity requests
Play a major role in the annual comprehensive market analysis related to executive compensation levels
Support the creation and administration of incentive programs that drive performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Compensation experience or related field
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience
Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets
Exceptional analytical skills with large datasets
Strong project management abilities
