The Opportunity : As a Certified Sales Arborist with RTEC, you'll embark on a journey that merges your sales skills with a deep appreciation for nature. You will :

Engage with clients to evaluate their arboricultural needs, providing expert advice on sustainable tree care.

Develop detailed proposals that outline best practices in tree health and safety.

Drive the sales process and foster long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with our team to ensure project excellence from conception to completion.

Who You Are :

ISA Certified Arborist (preferred, however, we will invest in you obtaining the certification!)

1-2 years of experience in arboriculture or a related field (a plus!)

Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate technical information clearly

Sales experience : Proven track record in relational sales

Results-driven, competitive individual

Team player that collaborates and promotes a positive and inclusive culture

Proficient in technology
