After Hour Animal Hospital is looking for anoncology veterinary technician to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

About You
As a Veterinary technician youll play an important role in pets lives by providing comprehensive care throughout their journey. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests to support services including admitting and discharging patients.
Experience & Skills Requirements :
- Experience in veterinary oncology and chemotherapy administration preferred
- Veterinary Technician experience required
- Phlebotomy and IV catheter skills required
- Ability to monitor and recognize patients status adverse reactions and side effects of treatments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients the oncology team and other departments.
- Familiarity with Ezy Vet and Smartflow is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities to effectively meet patient needs

Wage dependent on experience $20-22 / hr
