Room Attendant (Candlewood Suites-Olathe)

We genuinely care about people and we show this through living out our promise of True Hospitality each and every day. A huge part of this promise are our Room Attendants. They are the heart and soul of our 85 room hotel. They must :

• Ensure that our rooms are always at their best. Keep supervisors updated on room service progress and alert them on repairs needed
• Follow established safety procedures at all times, wear / use protective equipment when needed. Observe strict sanitation methods
• Assist guests with requests and directions, reunite them with lost or misplaced belongings
• Be organized, keep on top of supplies and amenities, minimize waste
• Appearance / hygiene must be above reproach
• Work as a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service
• Assist with deep cleaning projects

Physical Requirements :

Be on your feet most of the day

Occasionally lift 20 - 50 pounds

Be able to bend and kneel

Literacy skills :

Reading

Writing

Basic Math skills
