Key Responsibilities
Create procedural documents, manuals, and technical documents
Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance
Support onboarding and mentoring of new specialists and peers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education or related field, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in training and development, preferably in healthcare
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in health insurance operations for internal candidates
Experience in implementing skills-based training programs
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and environments
