Project Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Project Specialist to manage and advance marketing projects from intake to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects, including intake, scoping, and deadline tracking

Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables

Centralize project information and monitor progress to identify bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed

Position Requirements :

1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or marketing support

Experience using project management tools to track tasks and timelines

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to identify project risks and proactively resolve issues

Familiarity with basic marketing workflows is a plus
