Job Summary The Market Analyst supports commercial
sales and product teams by transforming data into actionable
insights that drive revenue growth, strengthen dealer and fleet
relationships, and guide strategic decision-making across
commercial vehicle programs. This role combines market
intelligence, sales analytics, pricing strategy, and operational
reporting to provide visibility across the commercial vehicle
ecosystem. The analyst represents market opportunities with
data-driven insights that inform product development priorities,
go-to-market strategies, and sales performance optimization. Key
Responsibilities Analyze sales pipeline performance, win / loss
trends, dealer activity, and fleet acquisition behavior Build
dashboards and reporting tools for forecasting, quota setting, and
business reviews Identify customer buying patterns, performance
gaps, and channel opportunities Monitor industry trends, competitor
activity, EV adoption, and market shifts Conduct TAM, SAM, and SOM
analyses across commercial vehicle and upfit segments Evaluate
regional demand drivers across parcel, utilities, telecom, rental,
and vocational markets Perform pricing elasticity analysis, margin
modeling, and scenario planning Recommend pricing strategies,
discount structures, and incentive programs Support go-to-market
planning for new product launches and platform expansions Analyze
customer usage profiles, route data, payload needs, and upfit
configurations Profile dealers and fleet accounts to identify
growth and whitespace opportunities Track customer satisfaction,
retention, warranty, and aftersales metrics Develop executive-ready
reports, KPI scorecards, heat maps, and opportunity briefs Present
insights and strategic recommendations to leadership teams
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics,
Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Economics, or related field 3+
years of experience in transportation, automotive, mobility, or
fleet-based industries Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
including data modeling and trend analysis Experience with Power
BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools Hands-on experience
with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics Strong
understanding of commercial vehicle markets, EV platforms, or
upfitting solutions Knowledge of pricing strategies, margin
modeling, and competitive positioning Key Attributes Ability to
convert complex data into clear business insights and
recommendations Strategic and tactical thinking across market
