Job Title : Phlebotomist Floater

Location : Branford, CT

Duration : 3-4 Months+ (Possibility of Extension and conversion based upon performance)

Shift : Hours vary, they must have flexibility from 7 am - 5 : 30 pm (8Hrs / day)

Pay Range : $19.85 - $21.79 / hr. on W2

Note : Float will be responsible for covering all PSCs and IOPs from New Haven to Madison.

Job Description :

• The Patient Services Representative represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• The PSR draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
• The PSR has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skilful, safe, and accurate manner.
• The PSR will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center or as business needs dictate.
