- Covington, WA 98042 - G-tube, Trach, Vent (peds), Sun-Tues, 11p-7a, LPN: $37-$43, RN: $45-$50
- Marysville, WA 98271 - G-tube, Trach, Vent (peds), every other Thursday nights, Fridays, Saturdays nights, 11p-7a, RN: $45-$50
- Snohomish, WA 98290 - G-tube, Trach, Vent (adult), Mon-Fri nights, Fri-Sat days, 11p-7a (NOC), 8a-5p, LPN: $40-$45, RN: $45-$50
