Process Analyst

**Job Title: Process Analyst
** Location: Remote (Preferred: Fort Collins or Denver Metro Area)
Contract Duration: 10/2025 – 10/2026
Pay Rate: $85–$90/hour
Employment Type: W-2 or 1099

Position Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Analyst to support process documentation, analysis, and improvement efforts for a year-long initiative involving Salesforce integration and digital services modernization. The Process Analyst will work across teams to map current and future state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to document current business processes.
• Develop process maps, gap analyses, and future-state workflows.
• Support change impact assessments and business readiness evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Change Lead and IT to align process design with technical solutions.
• Track and report on process improvement initiatives and success metrics.

Required Qualifications:**

• 5+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping methodologies (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC, Swimlanes).
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting technology or system implementations.
• Preferred: Prosci Change Management Certification
• Experience in higher education or government environments a plus.
