Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and governance of Sales Incentive Plans to align with business strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain incentive governance frameworks
Build models to forecast costs and provide data-driven insights on plan effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics
Experience in sales compensation design or management
Proficiency in CRM or sales compensation tools such as Salesforce or Anaplan
Understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models and pay-mix structures
Experience leading or mentoring others in an analytical or operational context
