Account Executive
Sweep is hiring an Account Executive, tasked with building Sweep's presence in North America from the ground up by establishing relationships with prospective clients and turning them into successful customers.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson, with the ability to engage in both business and technical conversations, across multiple levels in complex organizations. You have a strong understanding of the buyer journey and can lead multi-thread complex selling in a consultative manner. You show great skills at creating value in an emerging market and enjoy selling a tool that requires a deep understanding of the product, and technical knowledge.
You like the challenge of prospecting, building compelling proposals and leading a sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Finally, you are keen to contribute to the development of the sales process, the craft of our value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets.
What Will I Be Doing?
As part of the Sales Team, you are the pioneering force of Sweep's US expansion, working on the front line of the sales process for the sales team. You'll be responsible for closing opportunities and ensuring the success team can deliver real impact for our customers while helping establish Sweep as a leader in the North American sustainability software market.
