Non-QM Regional Underwriting Manager

A company is looking for a Regional Underwriting Manager (Non-QM).

Key Responsibilities :

Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to Underwriters on processes and guidelines

Serve as the primary point of contact for Underwriters regarding questions and clarifications

Manage the underwriting pipeline and ensure compliance with service level agreements

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education / experience

DE, SAR, and LAPP certifications are required; USDA experience is a plus

5+ years of Mortgage Underwriting Experience with agency guideline knowledge

5+ years of underwriting supervisory experience

Experience with Encompass LOS and knowledge of ATR / QM requirements
