The Insurance CSR will provide day-to-day support to clients, assist with policy servicing, handle inquiries, and ensure a high standard of customer care. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

• Contribute to the agencys growth through exceptional service and client retention.
