Quality Assurance Specialist

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and implement their ISO 19443 : 2018 Quality Assurance Program in the commercial nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, and maintain ISO 19443 : 2018 quality assurance program processes

Write and update procedures, instructions, and related QA documentation

Manage and coordinate with accreditation bodies to obtain ISO 19443 : 2018 certification

Required Qualifications

Direct experience implementing ISO 19443 : 2018 in a commercial nuclear environment

Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and / or implementing nuclear quality assurance programs

Experience with ISO 9001 : 2015 and nuclear QA standards such as 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and ASME NQA-1

Bachelor's degree preferred (technical discipline); may substitute 10+ years of directly applicable experience

Must be eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810
