A company is looking for an HR Associate to support the Global Data Administration team and manage employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems
Process HR transactions and respond to inquiries on policies, benefits, payroll, and leave
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and customer inquiries through the HR case management system
Qualifications :
High school diploma required; associate degree in a business-related field preferred, bachelor's degree a plus
3+ years of HR experience, including HRIS systems
Experience with HR operations and best practices
Proficient in HR systems and computer applications
