Salary: $79000$83000 annually
Full-Time No Weekends Limited On-Call

Spoon River Home Health is looking for a compassionate and reliableRegistered Nurse (RN)to join our team. This full-time position involves working closely with supervisors and the interdisciplinary care team to plan implement and evaluate high-quality person-centered nursing care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and coordinate nursing care based on individualized plans

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes

• Document care clearly and accurately

• Support and educate patients and families

• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (Illinois)

• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Dependable and self-motivated

• Committed to delivering compassionate person-centered care

• Home health experience preferred but not required
