Pay Range : $25 - $35 per hour

Final compensation will be determined based on market data, geographic location, and the candidate's qualifications and experience.

UFP MedTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician with versatile, hands-on expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting advanced manufacturing equipment. This role is critical to keeping our production lines running smoothly, with a focus on machinery used to melt and weld urethanes and plastics (including radio frequency (RF) welding equipment) and systems involving pneumatics and other manufacturing controls.

Senior Maintenance Technician Summary :

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to best safe work practices.

Senior Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities :

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair RF welding machines, pneumatics, and other manufacturing equipment such as clicker cutters, thermal units, and water temperature control systems.

• Read and interpret schematics, electrical drawings, manuals, and work orders.
• Perform scheduled, preventive, and emergency maintenance on machinery and plant facilities.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, gauges, and material handling equipment to complete maintenance tasks.
• Identify, report, and correct equipment faults or defective operations.
• Prepare and adjust machines for production runs and ensure proper operation throughout.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant work area.
• Manage and organize tools, parts, and inventory.
• Track and update maintenance logs, machine settings, and service records in maintenance software.
• Coordinate with safety personnel for safe execution of maintenance tasks, following Lockout / Tagout, UFPT, and OSHA standards.
• Support training and development in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Communicate machine status and maintenance updates with team members.
