Title : Sr. Cloud Engineer

Duration : 6 Months

Location : San Diego CA

Description :

Rapid Diagnostics is part of Clients Diagnostics family of businesses bringing together exceptional teams of experts and industry leading technologies to support diagnostic testing which provides important information for treatment and management of diseases and other conditions.
This role is within the ARDx Cloud and Connectivity group working on connected and data solutions.

What youll do :

Agile Execution : Deliver robust quality software (code reviewed unit tested detail design documents well commented) to the planned schedule

Architectural Contributions : Own design and architecture on individual software components and / or subsystems

Documentation : Summarizes and presents details of designs in collaborative design reviews

Security and Compliance : Follows all Client software coding standards and processes.

Qualifications

A Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline with 5 years of experience or a Masters degree with 3 years of experience.

Must have at least 2 prefer 3 :

Strong knowledge of microservices RESTful APIs and Event-Driven Architectures

Proficiency in python 3.8

Hands on experience with containers and orchestration technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)

Hands on experience with both relational and non-relationship databases

Experience with Development environment : Ubuntu Azure DevOps Git.

Good understanding of AuthenticationAuthorization and OAuth 2.0Open ID Connect standards.
