As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and support access control measures. Pay Rate : $17.18 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeWed11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AMSat07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PMSun07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
  • Maintain awareness of the environment within an aerospace and defense setting, reporting any potential security-related concerns according to established protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and / or contractors to provide guidance related to security-related matters.
  • Document activities, observations, and / or incidents clearly and accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
