A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator & Event Planner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide planning support for 12-18 meetings annually, managing logistics and engagement for in-person and hybrid events
Prepare event budgets, monitor costs, and negotiate contracts with venues and service providers
Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in planning future events based on feedback
Required Qualifications
Degree in hospitality, public relations, management, or a related field strongly preferred
Experience in project management with a successful track record of events
Financial savvy with the ability to adhere to budgets and process invoices
Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, and practice strict confidentiality
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
