Program Overview

Catalyst is an 8-week internship program that brings together a cohort of talented rising sophomore and junior college students focused on training, development, mentorship, and networking. Catalyst interns individually report to a sponsor who acts as a mentor, coach, and manager and provides a highly engaging and interactive learning experience. Catalyst interns will work on real-time projects, attend informative lunch and learns, and prepare a final presentation all of which will enable them to build genuine relationships and gain meaningful work experience. Successful completion of the program may result in an offer to return as Commercial Banking Credit Analyst Intern.

Qualifications :

The annual base salary for this position is USD $45,886

Salary :

$44,300.00 - $66,400.00

Pay Type : Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
