Roles and Responsibilities:

• Mentorship & Training:Onboarding new estheticians, providing informal/formal training, and helping peers improve skills.
• Operations: Managing room readiness, overseeing product inventory, and contributing to meetings/protocols.
• Advanced Services: Performing complex treatments (peels, lasers, microneedling) and handling challenging client issues.
• Client Experience: Ensuring exceptional service, problem-solving on the fly, and fostering client loyalty.
• Leadership: Leading by example, demonstrating calm professionalism, and knowing when to involve management.
• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the clients skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
