The Enterprise Architect – Supply Chain will collaborate with Product and Software Delivery Teams to define and implement the architecture for Ford’s Supply Chain Management. This role involves contributing to global strategic initiatives and making technology decisions for both in-house and vendor solutions to modernize Ford’s Supply Chain.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in architecture, technology and software functions, with a focus on supply chain management specifically with SAP ERP software
- Previous experience as software developer/engineer.
- Previous experience with Supply Chain System(s).
- Strong architecture knowledge with experience in providing technical solutions for cloud infrastructure. Google Cloud Platform experience is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-starter, ability to work independently.
- Self-researcher, ability to research a technology and provide insight to product team.
- Experience with microservice architecture, REST APIs, and distributed cloud systems.
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and hands-on application. Understand how to architect highly available, scalable, global solutions.
- Knowledge of Ford and Industry technology standards and security frameworks / tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience with multi-team, large-scale projects and incorporating all levels of architecture development (Business, Solution, Application, Infrastructure).
- Experience migrating apps to cloud solutions is a plus.
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Negotiation skills and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders and customers.
